Shipping Policy

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct address at the time of purchase as we are not obligated to give you a refund and liable for the contents of the shipment.

Return Policy

  • Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, free of stains, unaltered, and have all original tags attached.

  • Merchandise must be sent back within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Online shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

  • Designer's Closet does not accept returns on Sale Merchandise as it is considered FINAL SALE.

  • Proof of purchase is required (receipt/order #, identification, and returned clothing packaged safely).

  • As of now, we do not provide pre-paid return shipping labels to customers making a return.

  • Customers will be held responsible for covering shipping costs on return merchandise. 

  • Please allow approximately 7 business days for returns to be processed and converted into store credit.

  • Returns will be processed back to store credit in the form of a Designer's Closet E-Gift Card

  • There is no expiry date for the Designer's Closet E-Gift Card code.

  • Customers will be held responsible to keep proof of postage/return tracking number when shipping back customer returns. 

  • Designer’s Closet is not held liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in transit.

  • If a costumer orders multiple items and one or more items are out of stock, Designer's Closet will issue a full refund for the item out of stock and proceed with the rest of your order. 

  • If customers receive any damaged, defective, or incorrect items, Designer's Closet will then be liable to cover shipping and handling charges during the return process.

  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 3 business days of delivery. 

  • Customers must email info@wearmemrlexx.com for assistance and information before returning.

Please note that Designer's Closet reserves the right to refuse refunds from customers that do not follow our policy guidelines when returning merchandise.

Exchanges

Designer’s Closet does not accept exchanges. Please refer to the measurement size chart at the bottom of the page to confirm your size. Our team can also further assist for more information and guidance regarding sizing. 

Custom Designs

Designer’s Closet accepts custom designs on selected apparel. Please make sure to provide a picture of what outfit you would like customized as well as provide full body measurements and submit it through the Contact Us form. Once approved by a designer, please allow 30 days for custom apparel to be ready for order.
